Utilizar metodologías participativas ha demostrado ser eficaz en el desarrollo de actitudes y habilidades sociales.
Vivenciar las actividades permite generar un impacto en las formas de pensamiento y las conductas, esto combinado con un objetivo específico y guiado por un facilitador experimentado, redundará en beneficios tanto personales, como grupales y laborales (si es el caso).
En cada actividad se buscará el involucramiento de los participantes; se reconocerán sus conocimientos previos y su experiencia, se buscará que encuentren significado a las tareas, se permitirá que expresen su sentir y justifiquen sus ideas, que practiquen sus valores y reconozcan los de los demás.
Desarrollo de Competencias
El enfoque con el que SCIO lleva a cabo este tipo de cursos y talleres, facilita el aprendizaje y la construcción de conocimientos, favorece el desarrollo de habilidades y fomenta cambios positivos en las actitudes de los participantes.
Aprendizaje Significativo
Para que se dé un aprendizaje significativo, el programa se elabora por expertos considerando los objetivos que se pretenden alcanzar, las características de los participantes, la duración, el lugar en el que se llevará a cabo la actividad y otros elementos específicos del grupo, con ello se seleccionan las actividades adecuadas que favorecerán la motivación y el proceso de construcción dentro del grupo donde lo aprendido pueda llevarlo posteriormente a la práctica dentro de su contexto.
